What happens during the free consultation?

We’ll talk through your goals, medical or injury history, current routine, and what’s been hard for you in the past. We’ll share how our coaching works, answer your questions, and outline a suggested starting plan. If it feels like a fit, we’ll discuss next steps—if not, you’ll still leave with more clarity on what to focus on.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

Not at all. Many of our clients are getting started after a long break from exercise or have never followed a structured program before. We meet you where you are and progress at a pace that feels challenging but safe.

I have past injuries—can you work around them?

Yes. We routinely work with clients who have back, knee, shoulder, or other limitations. We’ll adjust movements, volume, and intensity to keep you safe while still helping you get stronger and more resilient.

How long are your programs?
